I acknowledge that by purchasing this service I am voluntarily participating in this engagement and of my own volition, thereby accepting any resulting risk or adverse outcome.

• By participating in this program, I take full responsibility for my own well-being.
• I warrant that I have had the opportunity to seek medical advice for any concerns I may have had regarding my health prior to signing up for this service. 
• I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for acquiring professional medical opinions on any potential harm or counter-interactions with the practices recommended through this service. 
• I understand that psychedelic substances are considered scheduled substances and I accept all responsibility associated with any legal risks and exposures that might result from my personal actions and choices in acquiring, consuming, and/or sharing any scheduled substances. 
• I, my personal and legal representatives, heirs, successors, and next of kin will not make any claim against Anahita Anais, or any of its present or former officials, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers and representatives and their respective successors, heirs, and assigns or any volunteer(s), for injury, damage, death or any other loss arising from or related to participating in the program and practicing the exercises and regimens provided. 
• I, my personal and legal representatives, heirs, successors, and next of kin shall forever release, waive, discharge, relinquish, and indemnify Anahita Anais from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, charges, demands, losses, damages, costs, attorney's fees,  judgments, liens, indebtedness, and liabilities of every kind and character, whether known or unknown, including foreseen or unforeseen bodily injury and personal injuries and property damage that may be sustained by me or any other person in any way connected to, related to, or arising out of my participation in the program and practicing the learned exercises thereafter, regardless of any negligence of Anahita Anais. I, my personal and legal representatives, heirs, successors, and next of kin hereby waive any protections afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction whose purpose, substance, and/or effect is to provide that a general release shall not extend to claims, material or otherwise, which person giving the release does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release. This means, in part, that I am hereby releasing any and all unknown future claims.
• I am aware that Anahita Anais is not a licensed physician, therapist, or clinician, and therefore not providing medical advice or guarantees for the effects of the program contents. 
• I agree to engage in a respectful and courteous manner with the community and refrain from marketing any products or services to the community. I understand that failure to do so will result in me losing access to the course and community immediately. 
• I understand that this service is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of circumstances. 
• In the event that I am taking advantage of a payment plan, I agree to make all payments in a timely manner regardless of whether I engage in the program or am satisfied by its content.  
• I agree to maintain my installment account in good standing and understand that a late fee of $30 will be assessed per each declined transaction.
